~ When you pick out your gift or basket and click the 'place an order' button,
you're taken to our secure server to place your order.
~ Once you've filled in your order information, just hit the 'Send Coffee' button.
We are notified by email as soon as your order is placed.
~ You receive email confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing it.
~ Orders placed before 9:pm (EST) are usually shipped the next day during the business week.
Orders placed Friday, or over the weekend, will be shipped on Monday.
~ Shipping takes about 2 days on the east coast, sometimes 3 on the west, with
US Priority Mail. Overnight shipping is available,
but please read our information on the order page so you'll have some idea of
the cost.
~ Your account is charged once your order is shipped.
~ If you request your packages tracking number (don't forget to check it on the
order form!), you'll receive it in email on the shipping day, along with the
URL where you can check it online.
~ If you notice any delays in shipping, let us know. We'll find out what's up, and notify you.
~ If you have any problems with your gift, we'll do our best to correct the situation
quickly, and with the least amount of trouble.
Return Policy
Send Coffee Gifts is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund
or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Please return
your product within 30 days of your product's shipping date.
We will fully refund you for any unopened item for any reason (shipping not included).
If you would like a replacement, we'll ship your replacement as soon as we
receive your returned item.
Refunds:
If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within 7-10
business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid by check
or money order, you'll receive a check in the mail within 14 to 21
business days after we receive the returned item.
