I ordered the "Encore" package to be delivered to my daughter for her 22nd
birthday, the first birthday she has spent away from her family. The package
arrived EXACTLY on time and, based on her shrieks of joy, was in MORE than
perfect condition. It has been in the 90's here but the careful packaging
and quick mailing resulted in a picture perfect delivery.
She was drinking the coffee as we spoke and crunching
away at the biscotti and could not have complimented your products more. I
miss her a lot but the joy in her voice (she's a coffee fiend) coupled with
the sounds of her slurping assured me that she is in good hands (well, in good
